At Ledlenser Canada, we take every possible measure — and often go above and beyond — to ensure that your Ledlenser product provides you with many years of reliable service. However, if your product should malfunction or show a defect in material or workmanship, don’t worry!
The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase, and up to 7 years if you register your product online using the warranty card included in the packaging. The warranty is valid worldwide and statutory warranty rights also apply. It covers defects in materials and workmanship. For the proper functioning of rechargeable batteries, a maximum warranty period of 2 years applies.
* Products from the K Series are excluded from these extended warranty periods and come with a maximum warranty of 2 years. Lite Wallet products are not covered by any warranty. The warranty does not apply to defects related to batteries, cases, pouches, remote controls, color filters, prints, or surface coatings, nor to any loss or consequential damage resulting from the above.
Ledlenser provides a non-transferable warranty. Ledlenser will repair or replace, at its discretion, any Ledlenser product found to have defects in materials or workmanship.
This is the only condition covered under the Ledlenser warranty. No other warranties are granted or valid if the product is purchased from an unauthorized third party.

Confirmation of your return address for the replacement to be shipped
Our team will confirm by email whether the product is eligible for warranty coverage. If the product is approved, it can be returned to us.
How to return your product:
Step 1: Carefully package the product
We strongly recommend sending your product using an insured and trackable postal service where delivery confirmation can be obtained if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for products that do not reach us. Send only the defective product — no cases and no accessories.
No warranty returns will be processed without prior email authorization.

How to Register Your Product
You can only register original products with an accompanying registration card.
- Scan the QR code on the registration card with your smartphone or enter the printed URL into your computer.
- Enter the necessary information on the product registration page.
- After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email for checking purposes.
